There were some issues with lack of attention to detail, fixing misspelling of names, addresses, etc. Several miscommunication items from support staff, but in the end it all worked out - just some unnecessary work on our end.
Mark and Nicole, kept us upto date, constantley giving us information on our loan. Great service! Will deff recomend him and his team. Very nice and above and beyond service.
