We aren't very computer literate. Brad walked us through all steps and informed us when there were things we needed to address in our email. He was very patient but kept us on task
My experience was fantastic, the team made everything easy, the level of commitment was unbelievable. Sarah guided me and my wife throughout the whole process, while Rich is handling the paperwor, such a good team, I feel lucky.
