I worked with Sean on a conventional loan for my first home purchase. I really appreciated that Sean did not sugar coat the facts. He requires all of your info upfront and issues a pre-approval that is realistic for your income. Other lenders...

Sean Selters was very professional and personable to work with all the way from application process to closing process. He didn't mind answering the 1001 + questions I had. He kept me posted with very cute videos during the entire process....

Tracey was great to work with. She always stayed in contact with me through the entire loan process. I highly recommend using her. Tracey sent email during her vacation to make sure things were good. Excellent Service!
