Marc was great, the just ok is not meant as a criticism of him. I just found the overall process difficult. I understand that when borrowing a large amount of money one has to turn over a great deal of information; I just wish that the paperwork...

Marc was great to work with. My phone calls, emails and texts were answered very promptly. I felt as if I was working with an old friend. Great experience overall!
Marc was helpful throughout the process and super responsive!
Richard, Bridget and Carl were great at explaining everything and kept on top of what information I needed to provide to get my mortgage approved.
Marc and his staff were very attentive, answered all our questions in a timely matter and made his end of the process as smooth as was possible. If everyone else had been as good it would have been much less stressful

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
