Marc helped us navigate the hoops of refinancing smoothly and we are very pleased with the rate we secured. I've referred friends to Marc already and recommend him highly.
Attentive, responsive. Helpful clarifications and answers to questions.
Marc Nathan was very supportive and flexible meeting my needs.
This was my first time refinancing and I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the matter but Richard and his team were very helpful and I really appreciate the great communication they provided. The whole experience was smooth and easy.
The ease of using the portal for documents. The rapid response from Carl
Richard and his team have gone above and beyond to secure the best rates on two different mortgages for me. Other lenders I've dealt with have put in noticeably less effort. I would recommend Richard to anyone for their lending needs.
Richard is the best. He responded to all calls and answered questions right away. This is the third time that I have went with Richard for a mortgage. He is a class act and always gives 110% for his clients.
Marc and others were always available and very quick in responding.

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
