The process felt simple and straight-forward, when we were expecting it to be complex and stressful. This was a great surprise!
Communication and willingness to help us understand the process. Jake would go above and beyond even the day he was busy putting boat docks out he went home and crunched numbers so we could check out a house!
Was really good at communicating what was happening with the loan and breaking it down if I didn't understand it.
Jake was great! Loan was approved ahead of time. Very smooth transaction and Jake is very knowledgeable!
