Melanie worked really hard to make sure everything for our house got done in time. She was friendly, kept us updated and never seemed bothered when we called her regularly to ask about where we were in the process.
I was the listing agent and Abby kept me updated throughout the process so I didn't have to wonder. I would forward the progress reports to my sellers so they felt more at ease. Very good experience!
