They're just an intermediary, the Load was transfered to some other shark company that has terrible data safety/privacy policies. Have to waste time setting up everythign again with them in order to make payments.Should've stuck with my Bank....

communication- seems haphazard and not well organized. i was frustrated w the process. my work schedule is so tightly packed- I dont eat lunch and barely have time even to check my texts . process could be better streamlined and organized
