I understand the process and Carl is very efficient. It would have been nice if Movement offered a portal to place documents. I trust that more than email. That’s a suggestion. Maybe Movement offers that?

That is high praise coming from someone who knows the process, thank you! We have a way to upload documents for those applications started online, I'll have to see way to use that for phone-based applications.
