    Bob handles our refinancing every time. It is smooth and convenient. I would recommend him and will use him for sure next time

    Gary was very responsive; I never had to wait for an answer or have to call him back and never had a problem getting ahold of him. Also very informative about the process. Easy to complete the process long distance electronically.
