I felt like i was over scrutinized before getting the help needed to secure the loan.
Communication was good towards the end of the loan process but could have started much early.
Better communication between your office staff
Hard to get to talk to someone on the phone. Plus your are asked to sign papers that the figures are incorrect and will change later, but have to sign it anyways or it will hold up your closing date.
