Christopher and Cody both took as much time as needed to make sure I understood all aspects of my mortgage/home-buying experience.
Her professionalism was great and how she followed up and made sure I was 100%. She didn't stop until I was good on everything and I really appreciate that.
Very proactive and informative process. The only thing that might help would be to try and keep the amount of folks communicating instructions to the bare minimum. This would make it easier for clients to recognize key players/contatcs.
