Discussed our loan with 3 different processors . Each asked us to forward some of the same exact information,even though I was told they were using the same profile and data stored in the computer. In one case, it was the processor not reading...

Staff was difficult to work with. Had to work with 4 different processors who shared a digital file for our mortgage but kept asking for the same submitted documents/information each time.
