John was such a great communicator. He and I were on the same page throughout the process. Communication is so important when doing a mortgage. John would be the first person I call when needing to refinance or get a mortgage.
Jeff took the necessary time to make sure that we always knew what to expect and the current status of our loan while in process. Obviously it made us feel special and made the process go smoothly.
