Online application was tough. April, went above & beyond. Overall it was a solid experienc.
I wish I was told about the total closing costs of $14,000 before the closing. I was not prepared and thought the closing costs would be in with my mortgage. That was a big surprise I was not ready for.
Joe is great. Very responsive and informative. I have already recommended him to friends and family.
