Dealing with Brandy made the experience very comfortable. She kept you up to date on everything.
I little disappointed in the rate, at closing time it was brought up the rate was a little higher than expected.
It was well explained. However, I do have to say dealing with Brandy was absolutely wonderful. She stayed on top of things and always kept in touch.
