In addition to Alfredo being incredibly helpful, all information being available via the app streamlined the process, and made responding much easier.
The support that was offered by Alex was relieving. He was able to provide us with different options and always answered our questions. He also connected us with Esmeralda, who was a great help as well.

We were under a time constraint due to our lease ending at the end Of October at our apartment and they made sure we closed at the perfect time .
