The process was very seemless from what Mortgage Link had control of, and I always felt like a priority and was the only client Billy had. I will be back in a few years to purchase my investment property

The biggest take away is that I found multiple errors that needed to be corrected. Also, listen to what your clients want in their service. I will not be recommending this lender nor would I ever use them again in the future .
