Easy process.
The process was mechanical. Carlos tried to appear that he cared but being friendly is not being empathic. Not his fault. The system doesn't have time for feelings.
Portal is very easy to use. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and let us know everything we needed to do a every step.
Carlos is absolutely fantastic to work with. He is very personable and treats you like he genuinely cares. He makes sure everything is clear and always very responsive when reaching out with questions. Great experience all around!
