Carlos was available to answer any questions we had along the way. He was transparent with us and I never had any doubts that We weren’t being taken care of.
Carlos showed interest in our goals when we first began our financial process and followed through until it was complete. We always appreciated how timely he was about getting back to us with answers to questions!

Various times when we couldn't get ahold of anyone when we needed answers. Total process went to the day before closing and our agent and lawyer were sending emails trying to get answers.
Great explanation of things we didn't understand.
