Samantha, I understand the process felt frustrating at times. Many of the items requested were required by FHA and underwriting. I appreciate the opportunity to work with you and wish you all the best in your new home.
His communication and transparency about the whole process was amazing. He responded to calls and emails in a timely manner. I understood everything and if I didn't he would take the time to make sure I understood everything!
