Try to keep this number of people customer deal with to 3 or less. I think I dealt with 6 or 7, way too many on an out of state buy, too much info going out to be talking to that many people.
Tyler and team were on top of everything and explained the process from beginning to end. I am a mortgage underwriter so I'm familiar with the loan process and they did a great job.
Provide excellent customer service and deserve a "Pat on the Back".Praise Shane Staples for his professional attitude and service.
