Horrible experience. Several times loan documents were wrong. Customer service was atrocious. Would never refer anyone to use this company. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on the ethics of the loan officer

I think there was alot of communication done through emails----which we thought was strange and had the potential of things getting missed. So in the future especially if there is something that is needed from the client and it is time sensitive...
