We had great clear and consistent communication. Very timely with everything. Everyone was extremely responsive and ready to help with everything.
NFM lending has the right people with enough experience to help everyone, promptly with all of the information during the process ,to get the loan and all the approval to finish on time.
Overall service was good, however loan originator lacked communication. I would have to reach out to him for updates/ status of where we were in the process and inquire when they needed paperwork instead of viceversa, I felt like I was bothering...
