    The Underwriting team jumped in to get a revised Dec page after I made the mistake of sending to the wrong email address the day before, the client needed the new revised Dec the day after to close on their re-fi.

    I had a hard to deal with customer that I had written with you guys. I needed some stuff fixed in a hurry and your employee went above and behond and knocked it out of the park. Saved the business.
