    I had sent an email on 11/06/2019 to customer support and had to follow up on 11/15/19 and 11/22/19 and didn't receive a response till 12/11/19 very unacceptable as the client was waiting on an answer.

    PLEASE WORK ON YOUR SUBPAR CLAIMS. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH SWYFFT CLAIMS. PLEASE IMPROVE.

    Is not specific to today's call but two weeks ago I had called for the same account, I was told UW was going to contact me and they never did, hence we had to deal with rushing a reinstatement req to be sent and the insured being w/o coverage...
