    Way too many cancellations of in-force policies with no losses. This is unprecedented. Our job is to market & write new business. We no longer quote Swyfft until this changes.

    I had to wait over 35 minutes to get a change processed on a new business policy and then had to call back because all the changes weren't completed. Just very time consuming.
