    Even though Swyfft the company declined to ensure my new home, my experience with their staff members regarding my refund was outstanding. Each and every person I spoke with provided great customer service especially Libby the billing supervisor....

    You cancelled my policy and you didn't give an explanation. You stated it would be cancelled on 9/8/2023. It originated on 7/26/2023. That would be 45 days. I paid you $3727.40 and your email stated on 9/8 that I would be receiving only $3,066.96...
