    Your rates are very high, and many accounts written with you from the Clear Blue to Topa switch have found better rates with other agents and loss business for me.

    This is probably more of Nsure.com fault but was originally supposed to be monthly payment via credit card to begin with but my escrow was changed and found out through my mortgage bank. Not the best way to find things out.
