NFM guides the applicant through the process with frequent communication, they update on results of a step within the process, and respond quickly to questions.
NFM associates have a very efficient process--communication is timely and responsive, the technology is easy to use, and the instructions for documentation is clear and not redundant (e.g., did. not request same information multiple times)
