    Mara is a terrible lender, promised things that wasn’t true. Also her manager Carolina keep defending her from her mistakes. I wouldn’t never recommend first option mortgage.

    My wife and I received a pre approval to close on a home. Mara was confident she could get us financed and we trusted her judgment as she indeed a mortgage consultant. Mara was rude, slow to respond and failed to tell us within a 20 day period...
