As a first time homebuyer, i was not familiar with the process. Dawn took her time to explain in detail, everything i needed to know. She really knows her stuff.

Dawn did an outstanding job working with my husband Bill and I. She explained everything in detail from the beginning of our loan process to the end of it. She was very patient and at times did two jobs for the price of one...as mortgage loan...

The new mortgage system is very information detailed and the lender kept us in the loop thru the whole process... Dawn worked with us throughout and Lisa. Also was on the team. It was a very organized process and we were thrilled to close yesterday....
