Improved direct and timely communication. I initiated update communication too many times. There seemed to be delays in the process fir what should have been a simple refi.

Closing that should have taken 30-45 days took 6mths. Poor communication with follow through. Still waiting on cash out check. I would never recommend company. Poor external customer service. Also, looks like poor internal customer service...
