Diane kept me informed every step of the way and really worked at putting together a loan with great terms to allow me to purchase our home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Biggest waste of time ever, tried refinancing my home but never even got a phone call back after i spoke with two people. The guy i spoke to first ended up taking my information and then emailing it to one...

Diane made me feel like family, communicating with me every step of the process and answering any and all questions I had. She was kind, considerate, & overall just a wonderful human being.
