    Better communication and better explanation and I also I had to pay a stop check fee because I had a check get lost for the survey. It was ok and I got my house it was just a very big hassle.

    Our mortgage went from 30 years down to 20 years. We have a lower interest rate. Our payment only went up very little and over the life of our mortgage we will save $80K+ in interest payments.
