Larry and everyone at 1FMC was very friendly, and easy to work with.

Told me I was qualified for a USDA loan with no money down. Then told me I wasn't. Kept me on the phone for an hour trying to calculate what a payment would be. Told me to get a cash advance for $2000 on a credit card, or go get another loan...
