Better; more professional communication. CBM wasn't clear in some of the verbiage they decided to use. Things such as how they confirmed only 10% deposit was needed and then that changed after more information was found.

Ease of communication

Molly went above and beyond for me. She made this process so easy and took care of all of the stressful parts so I did not have to. I am beyond grateful for her guidance through this process. She was amazing!
