Very helpful while getting through the process and answering much needed questions!

Libby and her team went above and beyond to assist my husband and me with our first home loan. We didn't know anything going into this process and they made it easy and very comfortable for us!

Libby was great and very supportive. But unfortunately the underwriter made it very tedious and kept asking for documents that were not really necessary or reasonable.

Libby was knowledgeable, responsive, kind, patient, and any other positive adjective you can think of. We will share her name with everyone we know and would use her again if the need arises.
