The only reason i am giving a 4star is because i felt like, communication was an issue through out the process. Will find out some updates but tbrough the app. And didn't even know i was finally clear to close until a couole of days to it,...

Katie always responded quickly and answered any and all the questions we had. When issues came up, she was quick to assist with an alternative if needed. Could not have been more pleased!
