Erik was able to get the closing done in a very short period of time.

Eric needs to work on his communication. My fire was on the way to closing and Eric did not communicate with him and let him know the funds had not been sent. On another loan working with Eric this month. She locked in a rate when he should...

Better communication would help.

She is devoted to her work, very knowledgeable with good communication all times. She is always available. Maria Pienkos is excellent.
