    Experience was fantastic. Initiation to closing was smooth and EVERY question was answered extremely promptly. Will use Caliber Lending for future property purchases and will continue to work with Tosh.

    Tosh was great. Caliber home loans gave me too much hassle. I have a significant amount of ready cash if needed, plus a $680,000 line of credit from Schwab, to satisfy my short-term money needs. I don't know if they think I was lying or fabricating...

    The process was smooth! I was informed fairly quickly if something was needed or if there was a hold up on anything. Mark definitely pushed to make sure everything was finalized in time for our closing date.
