Tosh always responds quickly which is needed in this tough market. Tosh answered all my questions and advised me where needed. Great job Tosh!

Level of communication from entire Team even during off hours and weekends. 22 days start to finish and hit the closing date as planned. Excellent execution.

The communication was very prompt, I didn't have to wait for responses to any questions I had and Tosh was clear on his direction on what paperwork I needed to provide.
