Process was smooth and it was easy to use the online interface
Great communication
Kerri patiently walked us through our loan process. She spoke to us in a way that didn't make us feel dumb, and explained everything to us in a way that made sense.
Kerri is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the process and knew how to get the best deal possible. She made buying a home (especially for the first time) much less stressful
