Ease of access to documents to sign ans great customer service

This transaction was tough on both sides , Success Lending dealt with every issue of many one on one until resolved. Michaels team went above and beyond to close this transaction.

Scott is VERY informative! He always took the time out of his day to explain things that made 0 sense to me as a new homebuyer. I do think the process for a first time homebuyer should be a little different than when other people buy homes...
