I am sorry that you feel like you didn't have a great experience. Yes the closing was delayed due to the Embassy in Germany couldn't fit you into their schedule. We don't normally do overseas closing so it was different for us and the title...

Very smooth process. Delivered everything they promised with no surprises at closing! I have worked with several mortgage companies over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had.

Val was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the lending/refi process and very instrumental in helping me to understand both FHA and Conventional loans. I am very pleased with the outcome of my closing and the experience through the process....
