Our biggest frustration was on closing day. What we thought would be smooth - took almost 4 hours because loan was changed the day of and all documents had to be resigned. Not sure who is at fault for this, but was very frustrating.

The Overall experience was ok. James Hampton advice was exceptional and he went above and beyond to close the deal.. We we’re supposed to close 2 times before we actually closed.
