I met Matt thru my real estate agent, who recommended him. He was awesome! I had a quick closing date (circa 3 weeks) to purchase a condo, so HOA had to be reviewed and scrutinized which added more steps and time to the process. Matt was flexible...

In our experience, the closing date was push back by at least 2 weeks. We did eventually close, but it took much longer than anticipated.

Professional, worked late hours to make sure everything got done on time. Stayed in constant contact with us. Got us a much better rate and got us approved for a loan when other lenders were dragging their feet.

Had to sit around the closing for an extra hour to wait for funding to come in. My seller was then a hour late for his closing. There’s more to it than getting the loan done, closing on time and getting some in a reasonable amount of time is...

Matt was exceptionally responsive helping us get prepared to write an offer late into the night the first evening we met. He stayed engaged with us throughout our entire home buying experience and we look forward to communicating and working...
