Tim is a great person to work with. He was quick to respond and very easy to contact. He has a great team working with him. They were courteous and easy to work with. I reccomend working with Tim and his team.

Tim and Total Mortgage were great to work with—checked in frequently, made documents easy to access, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend working with Tim if you’re looking to buy a home.

Jim made the closure of my mortgage extremely fast, worry free and effortless. I have had some friends tell me about their troublesome closings and I can say that there was not one hiccup in the process. He took care of everything.
