My only problem was the time it took from start to finish...2 month. Maybe that is normal, but was slower than expected. At the end, there were some glitches, but they got worked out so that the closing was before the drop dead date.
Rachael was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions.
Rachel took care of everything. It was a seamless process and she led me all the way through it with ease. Highly likely she will receive other business from friends.
