Gave me 4 wrong information on 4 separate occasions. Stopped communicating with me after I pulled credit and was pre approved. All I did was ask if I had to wait for a 60 day close. If you look into the reviews, they're all pretty questionable....

As a real estate agent, I know first hand how hard Joan works for her clients. She makes the process fast and easy. If you’re looking into a home loan of any kind, it would be worth your time to give Joan a call.
Very pleasant to work with, always answered questions in a timely manner, willing to meet any where when they needed documents, made the loan process very easy.
